Opportunity in adversity

Adversity takes good and valuable things away from you. Yet it also offers you the opportunity to grow more purposeful and determined.

When adversity strikes, take that opportunity. When you’ve already paid for adversity with what you’ve lost, make use of the increased power it gives you.

If the worst that could happen has already happened, your actions carry less risk. Make the most of that scenario.

Admit when the situation is difficult, and then move forward with whatever you can do to make it better. There’s very little left to lose, and much you can gain.

You would never seek out adversity. Yet when it comes, understand and act on whatever advantages it comes with.

Capitalize on your experience of how bad things can be. Let it clarify what truly matters, and motivate you into effective, positive action.
