Value sincerity

When you encounter another person, offer sincerity in your words, your actions, your attitude. Seek out and appreciate the sincerity of others, those who are not afraid or ashamed to be who they are.

Life has enough challenges without having to evade the truth. The world is difficult enough to navigate without being led astray by those who obscure what is real.

Pretending to be what you’re not is a game for children, which is fine. Yet doing so as an adult is an exercise in futility.

Decline to perpetrate such a charade. Refuse to go along with anyone who does.

Instead, be respectful enough and considerate enough to be sincere. Reduce the awkwardness, lower the stress level, and improve the value of every interaction.

Simply say what you mean, mean what you say, and do what is truthful. Value sincerity, and make the world around you a better place to live.
