Focus less on what should have been and what could have been. Put your energy into all that is, and the best that can be.

Escape the exhaustion of empty, artificial desires. Direct your attention toward expanding the richness and fullness of life.

Choose activities that transform passing time into enduring value. Fill your thoughts with so much appreciation that no space remains for craving.

Reduce the needless needs in your life. You’ll dramatically increase opportunities for freedom and fulfillment.
